Firstly, you have to know that APFT calculator was developed by US army for navy and all military to rank their fitness level. APFT means Army Physical Fitness Test. The scale of the APFT is on 300 and score is between 0 and 300.

Would you be able to be in the Air Force? You don’t have to be a bodybuilding pro, but to improve your APFT score, you have to do many push ups. As exemple, requirement in the US Air Force is between 45 and 65 push ups for male. And between 27 and 40 for female.
How many Sit Ups could you do?
To get your APFT result, enter your sit ups performance. To be in the army, a minimum of 50 is necessary for male or female. To train for sit ups, don’t hesitate to use a chair or a wall!
What’s your Time for a 2 Miles Run?
To know your APFT score, enter your time for a 2 miles run. US Army requirements are under 19:45 for female and under 16:45 for male. What’s your own performance?
